Crystal Clean Exteriors is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company serving Sudbury and surrounding areas. We specialize in house soft washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. We're not your average cleaning company, we work efficiently, take pride in our results, and reward people who work hard. We are currently hiring for a full-time Exterior Cleaning Technician. What You'll Be Doing
- Window cleaning (residential and commercial)
- House soft washing and exterior surface cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and minor gutter maintenance
- Operating company vehicles to job sites across Sudbury and surrounding areas
- Using extension ladders and specialized cleaning equipment safely
- Maintaining a high standard of quality and customer service on every job
Requirements : You MUST have all of the following: (Or be willing to obtain for employment)
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license (required — cannot be waived)
- Ability to drive company vehicles (clean or near-clean driving record)
- Valid Working from Heights Training (If obtained for this role, we will compensate the cost of training if you stay with the business for more than 3 months.)
- Physically capable of full-day manual labour — lifting, climbing, repetitive motion
- Comfortable working at heights on extension ladders
- Reliable and punctual, we start on time, every day

Pay Structure
Starting at $20-$24+/hr, performance-based. We structure pay so that the faster and better you work, the more you earn. High performers consistently earn at the top of this range and beyond as they advance.
Commission opportunities for booking new clients, upselling services, and for clients 5-star google reviews with your name in it.
Our Hiring Process
