Victoria Hyundai is experiencing tremendous growth, and we're looking for an experienced Special/Subprime Business Manager to join our high-performing team.

What You'll Do
- Handle both front-end and back-end sales and finance transactions.
- Manage subprime customers through dealership-generated leads and finance department overflow.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
- Present and explain finance products, including warranties, insurance, and protection packages.
- Ensure all legal and financial documentation is completed accurately and confidentially.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of automotive finance experience (preferred).
- Previous leadership or management experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales and finance processes.
- Extensive knowledge of subprime financing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- A TEAM-first attitude with a passion for helping customers.
