Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate - White Glove Technician to join our team. The candidate is responsible for the assembly, configuration, testing, and deployment preparation of varying OEM's malfunction printers and related IT equipment.
Duties
- Device Configuration & Deployment
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Document & Inventory Management
- WH Operations Support
- White Glove Delivery Support
- WH crossdocking of LTL freight
Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, or delivery services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Background in IT will be given preference
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle valuable items carefully
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment withstanding lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
