Key Responsibilities
Baking & Menu Development
- Develop and execute a rotating menu of pastries, sweets, and baked goods that complement our coffee program
- Introduce seasonal and limited-time offerings to keep the menu fresh and engaging
- Stay informed on industry trends and bring forward new ideas
Kitchen Operations
- Manage cost of goods (COGS), including ingredient sourcing, portioning, and waste reduction
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean kitchen environment
Barista Duties
- Prepare espresso and coffee beverages to company standards
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Qualifications
- Experience in baking and menu development within a café, bakery, or similar environment
- Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and kitchen efficiency
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Passion for quality, both in food and coffee
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
