Business Process Automation & Systems Integration Specialist
Location: Kirkland, QC – On-site
Contract: Temporary, Full-Time – 6 months
DART Aerospace is looking for a hands-on Business Process Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to support a 6-month digital transformation mandate.
You will work across IT, HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and other functions to identify manual processes and build practical automation solutions.
What You'll Do
- Map business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Build workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365
- Automate HR/IT onboarding, offboarding, approvals and access-request processes
- Develop production, inventory and operational alerts involving Plex ERP
- Automate reporting and Power BI data flows
- Build lightweight integrations using REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, SQL or Microsoft Graph
- Test, deploy and document solutions for long-term IT ownership
What We're Looking For
- Degree or diploma in IT, Software/Computer Engineering, Automated Production Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, including strong co-op experience
- Hands-on exposure to Power Automate / Power Platform
- Knowledge of APIs, scripting, SQL or systems integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and turn business needs into practical solutions
- Professional proficiency in English
Experience with Power BI, Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint, ERP systems, Plex or Dayforce is an asset.
This is not an IT Helpdesk role. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how processes work and then building solutions to make them faster, simpler and more reliable.

Vous travaillerez avec les équipes TI, RH, Finances, Production, Chaîne d’approvisionnement, Qualité et autres fonctions afin d’identifier les processus manuels et de développer des solutions d’automatisation concrètes.
Vos responsabilités
- Cartographier les processus et identifier les possibilités d’automatisation
- Développer des workflows avec Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams et Microsoft 365
- Automatiser les processus RH/TI : onboarding, offboarding, approbations et demandes d’accès
- Développer des alertes de production, d’inventaire et opérationnelles liées à Plex ERP
- Automatiser les rapports et flux de données Power BI
- Développer des intégrations avec API REST, PowerShell, Python, SQL ou Microsoft Graph
- Tester, déployer et documenter les solutions
Profil recherché
- Diplôme en TI, génie logiciel/informatique, génie de la production automatisée ou domaine connexe
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente, incluant une expérience coop significative
- Expérience pratique avec Power Automate / Power Platform
- Connaissances en API, scripting, SQL ou intégration de systèmes
- Fortes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Autonomie et capacité à transformer un besoin d’affaires en solution concrète
- Anglais professionnel
Une expérience avec Power BI, Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint, ERP, Plex ou Dayforce constitue un atout.
Ce poste n’est pas un rôle de support informatique / Helpdesk. Nous recherchons une personne capable de comprendre un processus, de l’améliorer et de construire la solution permettant de l’automatiser.
Pay: $28.00 per year
