We are seeking candidates that possess excellence Customer Service skills, is a team player, ability to work in a fast pace environment, coffee lover and an outgoing personality. CAFE HOURS: MONDAY-THURSDAY 6:30-3:15PM, FRIDAY 6:30-2:30PM
Duties
- Greet customers and provide assistance with menu selections and inquiries.
- Operate POS systems.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Prepare food items as per safety standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food preparation stations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the food industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in food preparation and serving, with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Barista experience is a plus, enhancing beverage service capabilities.
