What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of bakers and shift leads

Create schedules that hit labour targets while supporting sales

Oversee production to ensure quality, consistency, and brand standards

Drive guest experience and upselling opportunities

Manage inventory, food cost, and waste control

Execute weekly menu changes smoothly and on time

Maintain a spotless, organized, and high-energy store
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of leadership or restaurant management experience

Strong organization and attention to detail

Confident decision-maker who leads with accountability

Positive, motivating leadership style

Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
