Jack's Pancake Factory is looking for an energetic, friendly, and experienced Breakfast Server to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by anticipating their needs.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized section throughout each shift.
- Refill beverages, clear tables, and assist with resetting tables quickly.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
- Assist teammates during busy periods to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a busy breakfast or full-service restaurant.
- Previous breakfast restaurant experience is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Smart Serve Certification (required or willing to obtain, if applicable).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
