Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in providing exceptional food service. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in the food industry, assisting with meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The Kitchen Helper will play a vital role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and upholding food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare enough dried goods, meat, frozen items, mushrooms and vegetables for next shift;
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations;
- Refill source bar, clean sauce bar surfaces and change sauce containers;
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the manager.
- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
-Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:30 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
