Helping with dinner service and bartending events in the spring-summer Mostly.
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, fast pace, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role involves both serving food and making beverages. Previous restaurant experience
Duties
- Be able to pour beer correctly
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, including setting up tables and clearing after service
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit to ensure a positive experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Must be at least 18 years old or older to serve alcohol (if applicable)- 18 or younger would have clean up tasks and helping servers
