Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to join our team.
You will assist the Construction Project Manager with coordinating restoration projects.
Reaching out to customers, adjusters and trades, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of service that align with our company's mission of rapid response and customer satisfaction.
Must have construction background and understanding of building materials, flooring and other materials affected by wind, water, fire, smoke and other property damage causes.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and scope jobs with Project Manager/ Crew Chief/Lead Tech.
- Lead and coordinate restoration construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise construction staff and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on trucks needed for job,
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Daily monitoring on active residential and/or commercial jobs and communicates with customers
- Oversee site safety, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Document with clear and descriptive job photos and upload into operating system/software
- Proven experience in construction management within the restoration or building industry.
Qualifications
- Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of leading successful teams.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and budgeting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Preferred: Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and experience with water or fire damage restoration projects.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
