Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and relationship-driven sales professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with some prior sales experience who is eager to build a career in the luxury travel industry.
You will work with discerning clients who expect flawless product knowledge, exceptional service & expert guidance. Your role is to understand the product, anticipate their needs and provide elevated cruise vacation options that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to curate luxury cruise experiences tailored to their tastes
- Recommend premium cruise lines, suite categories, shore excursions, and enhancements
- Deliver white-glove service from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Proactively follow up on qualified leads and nurture high-value prospects
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of luxury cruise brands, destinations, and amenities
- Manage booking details with precision & and attention to detail
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales or client-facing experience (luxury retail, hospitality, real estate, or travel preferred but not required)
- Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to build trust quickly
- Professional presence and exceptional communication skills
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to grow income and career
- Passion for travel and delivering elevated client experiences
