About the Role
HIREHAUS INC is expanding into Vancouver and we are building our founding sales team. This role starts with paid onboarding and training at our Toronto office, after which you will be deployed to Vancouver as part of our launch team.
You will represent one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms and introduce it to small businesses across Vancouver. You will meet business owners in person, build genuine relationships, and guide them through a free account sign-up. No prior sales experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Complete paid onboarding and training at our Toronto office
- Attend a morning team check-in at the office each day
- Visit small businesses throughout your assigned Vancouver territory
- Build rapport with local business owners and introduce the platform
- Complete on-site registrations and first-order walkthroughs
- Submit daily activity reports
What We're Looking For
- Confident and personable communicator who enjoys face-to-face interactions
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle, or ability to obtain one prior to start
- Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in Canada
- Willing and able to relocate to Vancouver following the onboarding period
