We are currently looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a full-time Warehouse / Delivery Driver & Consumer Electronics Sales position.
This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, consumer technology, and being part of a fast-paced team. The successful applicant will assist with warehouse and delivery responsibilities while also supporting customers with consumer electronics and TELUS/Koodo products and services.
What You'll Do
- Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Prepare products and orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Safely load, transport, and deliver electronics and other merchandise
- Assist customers with product pickups and deliveries
- Support the sales floor during busy periods
- Help customers find the right consumer electronics solutions for their needs
- Promote and sell TELUS and Koodo products and services, including:
- Wireless devices and plans
- Home Internet and services
- SmartHome Security
- Consumer electronics and accessories
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-first approach
- Work collaboratively with the store, sales, and warehouse teams
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, outgoing, organized, and comfortable working in both a physical warehouse/delivery environment and a customer-facing sales environment.
Applicants must be available to work full-time.
Previous experience is an asset, particularly:
- Retail sales or customer service experience
- Consumer electronics sales or product knowledge
- TELUS, Koodo, or telecommunications experience
- Warehouse, inventory, or delivery experience
TELUS experience is considered an asset, and previous electronics experience is also considered an asset.
