RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with rubber products including cutting, sorting, and packing
- Assist with the assembly line, handling materials and finished products
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
- Load, unload, and store materials to support inventory management
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude is an advantage
- Experience on an assembly line or in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
- Warehouse experience is beneficial
- Strong adherence to safety procedures
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive
