Role Description
The Shop and Production Position is a full-time, on-site role based in Burlington. This team member supports daily shop operations, including preparing materials, operating tools and equipment, assembling products, and assisting with packaging and staging orders for shipment or installation. The team member collaborates with supervisors and coworkers to meet production targets, communicates any issues or delays, and participates in basic equipment checks and routine maintenance. The position may also include learning new processes, supporting inventory organization, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to inspect materials and finished products and ensure they meet company standards.
- Candidates should possess Training and mentorship abilities to learn new tasks quickly and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or shop work, including safe use of hand and power tools, is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required ; additional technical or trade training is preferred
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
