West Edmonton Volkswagen is hiring a Full-Time Brand Ambassador to join our high-energy team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and generating opportunities. Your primary focus will be engaging with mall customers, qualifying, booking appointments, and supporting vehicle sales both on-site and at the dealership when needed.
This is a people-first, sales-driven role with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with customers at the West Edmonton Mall location and identify sales opportunities
- Qualify leads through conversation, questions, and active listening
- Book appointments for test drives and dealership visits
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Occasionally assist with vehicle presentations and sales at the dealership
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Volkswagen brand
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service or sales experience (automotive experience is an asset, not required)
- Confident communicator who enjoys starting conversations
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Coachable, trainable, and open to learning new systems and processes
- Professional appearance and positive attitude on and off shift
Schedule Requirements
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required
- Full-time hours
Compensation & Benefits
- Performance-based earnings ranging from $40,000–$100,000+ annually
