Pegasus Integrated Health is looking for 1 Full-Time Receptionist to join our growing team in Richmond!
We are an interdisciplinary healthcare clinic offering:
- Chiropractic Care
- Kinesiology / Active Rehabilitation
- Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)
- Clinical Counselling
- Acupuncture
- Naturopathic Medicine
- Dietitian Consulting
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and through social media platforms
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Handle administrative, billing, and front desk duties
- Organize and prepare therapy rooms
- Support daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience
- Monitor and refill clinic supplies as needed

- JaneApp experience required
