Key Responsibilities
As our Paid Media Specialist, you will own both the technical execution of paid campaigns and the client relationships tied to them. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Management: Plan, set up, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, and other digital channels.
- Budget & Strategy: Manage and optimize 4-to-6-digit advertising budgets, ensuring they align with client KPIs and growth objectives.
- Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain critical tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), conversion pixels, and custom event tracking.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaigns are structurally sound before launch (including targeting, budgets, ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion tracking).
- Client Relations: Lead regular client meetings to review performance, explain metrics, answer questions, and provide clear strategic recommendations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports, uncover key insights, and draft actionable optimization plans for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside our creative, sales, development, and SEO teams to maximize campaign performance and client retention.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve on privacy updates, tracking changes (iOS/cookie deprecation), platform policies, and emerging ad tech.
Position Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing ROI-positive online advertising campaigns (agency experience is highly preferred).
- Platform Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, etc.).
- Technical Tracking Skills: Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional English communication skills, with the confidence to explain complex data to clients in a simple, actionable way.
- Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Nice-to-Haves
- Active certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or Microsoft Advertising.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or lead management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, local SEO, landing page design, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Additional language skills.
