We're looking for a skilled Electrician/Millwright to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced coffee manufacturing environment. This hands-on role combines electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance to keep our roasting, grinding, packaging, and material handling equipment running at peak performance.
As a key member of a small and collaborative maintenance team, you'll support production reliability through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Diagnose and repair electrical issues on production and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, sensors, control panels, instrumentation, and automation systems.

Assist with PLC-controlled equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Maintain and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Support equipment assembly, alignment, installation, and commissioning activities.

Perform fabrication and machinery modifications as required.

Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.

Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and inspections.

Document maintenance activities within the CMMS system.

Support plant shutdowns, start-ups, and major maintenance projects.

Participate in equipment reliability improvements and process optimization initiatives.

Work closely with operations, quality, contractors, and equipment vendors to maximize plant performance.
✔ Red Seal or Journeyman Electrician Certification
✔ Millwright/mechanical maintenance experience
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment
✔ Experience maintaining industrial production equipment
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
✔ Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Dual Ticket (Electrician & Millwright)
- Experience with food manufacturing equipment
- Experience with Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) and vertical packaging machinery
- Exposure to PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls

You'll be part of a three-person maintenance team supporting a modern coffee roasting and packaging operation. The environment is clean and warm, with occasional coffee dust in production areas. Standard hours are 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with occasional earlier start times as business needs require.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $93000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
