Worldwide is currently hiring full-time TELUS Field Installation & Repair Technicians throughout the Lower Mainland. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, solving technical problems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Positions Available:
- Employee: Company vehicle, fuel, tools, equipment, training, and benefits provided.
- Sub-Contractor: Supply your own vehicle and tools while benefiting from higher production rates and greater earning potential.

The Role
As a TELUS Field Installation & Repair Technician, you'll install, repair, and troubleshoot residential Internet, Optik TV, Home Phone, and SmartHome Security services.
Every customer visit is an opportunity to deliver a 5-Star customer experience. In addition to completing quality installations, you'll assess each customer's current services, educate them on available TELUS products and promotions, and recommend solutions that better meet their needs. Your ability to combine technical expertise with strong communication and customer service skills will directly impact both customer satisfaction and your earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch directly from home to customer appointments.
- Contact customers before arrival and provide accurate ETAs.
- Install and troubleshoot Internet, Optik TV, Home Phone, and SmartHome Security services.
- Install and diagnose fibre optic, copper, CAT5/6, and coaxial cabling.
- Build trust with customers through professionalism and exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade or bundle TELUS services that provide value to the customer.
- Stay current on TELUS products, promotions, pricing, and technology.
- Ensure service reliability using TELUS diagnostic and testing tools.
- Deliver clean, professional installations while meeting productivity, quality, customer experience, and sales performance goals.
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Grade 12 education.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Previous telecommunications, retail sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is considered an asset.
- Comfortable discussing products and recommending solutions that benefit customers.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and climbing ladders throughout the day.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers and mobile applications.
- Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Pay & Benefits
- $50,000 - $90,000+ annually

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Minimum 8-hour shifts
- Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
- One evening shift per week (until 7:00 PM)

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
