Help Build the Future of Soccer / Football 7 in Canada
The International Football Association (IFA7) is expanding its community football network across Canada and is looking for passionate sports entrepreneurs to help develop Football 7 in their local communities.
This is not a traditional employment position.
It is an opportunity to become an Official IFA7 Community Affiliate and build a sustainable football program within your own city while receiving the support of an internationally recognized organization.
Whether you're already involved in football, operate a sports facility, organize leagues, coach players, or simply have the passion to build something meaningful, we'd like to hear from you.
Your Opportunity
As an Official IFA7 Community Affiliate, you'll have the opportunity to organize and develop:
- Recreational Football 7 leagues
- Youth programs
- Women's leagues
- Corporate leagues
- Pickup games
- Local tournaments
- Community events
- Provincial qualifying competitions
Successful affiliates may also have opportunities to host official IFA7 competitions and connect their local community to national and international Football 7 events.

Experience in coaching, league management, event organization, business ownership or sports administration is considered an asset, but is not required.

Our mission is to create opportunities for players, clubs, coaches, referees, organizers and communities through structured competitions, education, and innovative technology.
We are currently developing a next-generation Football 7 platform that will connect communities through player registrations, club management, competitions, rankings, scheduling, statistics, memberships and qualification pathways.
