Position Overview:
Principal Consultant (Bilingual French-English)
As a
Principal Consultant, your main responsibility is to design Microsoft Solutions for Compugen customers and provide in-depth pre-sales services. You will use your consulting and technical skills to design, build, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions in the areas of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint and Power Platform. You will help our clients implement best practice solutions and understand emerging trends and technologies that will enhance their end users’ experience. Your performance will be measured by business unit and practice performance, personal productive utilization, and client satisfaction. Reporting to a Managing Principal Consultant, you will be a key member of the Microsoft 365 Planning and Migration Capability Domain. Strong written and verbal communication in French and English is a requirement for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client stakeholders and lead pre-sales activities with developing and presenting Proof of Concept to the clients.
- Provide advice, guidance, technical expertise and build, configure and deploy complex Microsoft 365 technology solutions. Collaborate with clients, internal teams and vendors to address client needs and challenges, while developing approaches and roadmaps.

Participate in business development, including proposals, client presentations, and marketing events. Assist in creating new solution packages.

Deliver superlative quality solutions and ensure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to expand the business by offering additional services and solutions.

Partner with other consultants and technical teams to develop and deliver solutions that align with the client's business goals and objectives.

Mentor and guide consultants in technical and consulting skills.

Foster and develop a strong, positive team environment, driving empowerment, innovation, and engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication in French and English is required.

Excellent customer facing skills with strong verbal, written, and listening skills, professionalism, confidence, business case analytical skills, presentation skills, and time management skills

Minimum 10+ years of progressive hands-on technology experience with the implementation of various Microsoft 365 solutions such as Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

Strong expertise in requirements gathering, designing solution design, implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 services.

Exposure to Copilot Studio for building and optimizing AI-powered workflows and automation in Microsoft 365.

Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages is an advantage.

Hands-on experience in handling on-prem to cloud and tenant-to-tenant migrations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Relevant and up-to-date technical vendor certifications. Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Certifications are an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members, and a sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and lead technical teams.

Experience in a consulting environment is a big plus.

Education:
- A university or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
