About the Role
Lukamoo Inc. is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead our marketing, advertising, and social media efforts across our product lines. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: comfortable developing campaigns, producing visual content, and analyzing performance to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess products and services to identify marketing, advertising, and promotional needs.
- Develop and implement strategies and content for direct marketing, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.
- Plan and produce visual content for social media and the official website, including content planning, photography, videography, and post-production.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure, evaluate, and report on marketing and advertising performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews, feedback, and testimonials.
- Represent and act as an agent for talented individuals and professionals with specialized occupational expertise.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Photography, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, social media management, or content production
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and post-production/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong portfolio of product and lifestyle photography is considered a significant asset.
- Working proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese or French is an asset. Lukamoo operates as an international team and serves customers across Canadian and European markets, so additional language skills support day-to-day collaboration and market-facing content.
