Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Admin and Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support, managing sales processes, and ensuring smooth office operations. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping using QuickBooks and other accounting tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting clients, and facilitating sales transactions
- Support sales efforts through processing orders, updating client information, and following up on leads
- Strong in Sales and promotions
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies
Experience
- Prior office experience preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles in immigration or related recruitment company.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and document management
- Customer service experience demonstrating effective phone etiquette and support skills
- Previous experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus but not required; relevant internship experience will also be considered
Pay: $17.60 per hour
