Menya Kouji Group is looking for experienced Full-Time Server Supervisor who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Also, those who are friendly, honest, hard-working, proactive, flexible for the shift availabilities with a knack for hospitality.
Server Supervisor (Full-Time)
Responsibility:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead and support the serving team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle any guest concerns professionally.
- Maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
- Manage scheduling, staff performance, and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in processing orders and payments using POS systems (TouchBistro, Clover, Moneris).
- Uphold restaurant policies and ensure team punctuality and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a server supervisor/ manager in a restaurant setting.
- Serving It Right certification.
- High energy, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable
Assets:
- Multilingual abilities (Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, etc.).
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills.
- Experience with TouchBistro, Clover, or Moneris POS systems.
- Strong common sense and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: Starting at $19.5/hour ($18.25/hour during probation period) + Tips **Wage will be negotiated after successful completion of probation
