Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our worksite, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain safety and cleanliness
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Help in setting up work areas for different projects or tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist in inventory management by organizing tools and supplies
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in general labour, construction, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
