Lawrence Park Complete Garden Care is an award-winning, full-service landscaping firm with over 35 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining high-end residential landscapes across Toronto’s most established neighbourhoods.
Our in-house teams span landscape design, construction, horticulture, irrigation, lighting, green roofs, and long-term garden care, allowing our designers to see projects through from initial conception to completed installation and ongoing stewardship.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in outdoor work, enjoys working as part of a professional team, and values maintaining beautiful residential properties to a high standard.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of established gardens and lawns across Toronto’s most prestigious residential neighbourhoods, working alongside experienced horticulture and maintenance staff.
What You’ll Do
- Perform lawn cutting, trimming, and general property upkeep
- Clean garden beds and remove debris to maintain a polished appearance
- Assist with light pruning and basic horticultural tasks as required
- Operate motorized landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Work as part of a crew maintaining multiple residential properties each day
What You Bring
- Landscape maintenance or outdoor labour experience preferred
- Knowledge of plants and basic horticultural practices is an asset
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Valid G driver’s license; comfort driving larger vehicles is an asset
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working long days starting at 7:00am, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during peak season
