Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, shipping & receiving processes, and forklift operation. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and safety are paramount.
Duties:
Pick items according to orders and pack securely for shipment
Receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy
Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves
Coordinate with logistics team to meet shipping deadlines
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in warehouse or shipping roles preferred
Forklift certification an asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate material handling equipment
Basic computer skills for inventory systems
Physically able to lift and stand for extended periods
Reliable and punctual, willing to work the assigned shift
Work Schedule:
Day shift
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
