Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and dining spaces in accordance with sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing attentive guest services
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Experience with food handling, food safety, and food preparation is advantageous
- Familiarity with the food industry, restaurant operations, and guest services is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.60-$26.68 per hour
