We’re looking for a client relationship manager to join our team long term and grow alongside us.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely enjoys building long-term trusted relationships. You’ll work closely with our founder and advisory team, gradually becoming a key point of contact for clients and an integral part of the experience we deliver.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. No cold calling. No aggressive business development culture. We care far more about trust, quality relationships, and doing excellent work than chasing quotas.
A number of our clients are lawyers, entrepreneurs, and senior professionals, so this role may especially appeal to someone looking to transition out of a traditional corporate environment into something more flexible and long-term.
Who You Are
- 5–10 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, private banking, or another client-focused professional role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communicator who can make complex things feel simple and calm for clients
- Naturally relationship-oriented and comfortable building trust over time
- Able to manage multiple moving pieces while keeping clients informed and supported
- Coachable, curious, and interested in growing into a long-term client leadership role
- Looking for meaningful work with autonomy, flexibility, and balance
What You’ll Do
- Build long-term relationships with clients grounded in trust and responsiveness
- Act as a key point of contact for our Financial Delegator clients
- Coordinate meetings, communication, follow-ups, and ongoing client service
- Work closely with the advisory team to deliver a high-touch, personalized experience
- Gradually take on greater ownership of client relationships and planning support
- Help ensure clients feel informed, confident, and genuinely cared for at every stage of their financial life
