Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and provide suitable insurance and financial services solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage options, policy changes, billing questions, claims processes, and general account servicing.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and client opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the agency’s growth by contributing to sales and retention objectives.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to help people.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Property & Casualty licence (OTL) is an asset, or must be willing to obtain licensing right away.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$69,235.52 per year
