ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- To support and assist Ast. Manager in:D365 and Just Foods platforms for creating/managing/upscaling recipes, amending recipes when changes are required.
- Labels (individual unit & master labels)
- Adding new finished product labels
- Changing existing labels in the system whenever a recipe changes
- Preparing Plant Trial labels
- Preparing finished product specs for customers (during the implementation of new products into the market) on customer portals
- Managing customer portals for specifications
- Preparing documents for packaging artwork review for Ast. Manager approval
- Preparing documents for Ast. manager for CBSA/USDA label submission
- Product traceability exercises
- Maintain & update super schedule, allergens and labeling data.
- Other QA related misc. tasks
What you will bring along
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Minimum 3-5 years in the Food Industry in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs
- College diploma/University degree in Food Science/Microbiology/Food Safety or related discipline

Competencies:
- Workingknowledge of Canadian and US Food Labeling regulations.
- Strong computer skills.
- Some knowledge of the French language would be beneficial.

- Ability to meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Hours will be starting from 8 or 8.30am to 4:30 to 5pm. Occasionally from 7-7:30 am. Flexibility is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $49,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
