Simple Cures IMC Markham is the second location of a growing Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrative health clinic brand. We offer acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, moxibustion, and wellness services. We are building something special — a clinic where people feel genuinely cared for — and we need someone who can help us share that with the world.
Who We Are Looking For
You might have a background in sales, marketing, or customer experience and find yourself wanting work that actually means something. You are a natural communicator who knows how to connect with people, build relationships, and represent a brand with authenticity. Clinical skills can be taught — your people skills and business mindset cannot.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first impression of our clinic — warm, professional, and engaging Book and manage appointments using Jane App Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into booked patients Process payments and assist with direct billing and MVA submissions Handle unexpected situations with confidence and good judgment Support promotional campaigns and clinic initiatives Help communicate the value of our services and practitioners to new and existing patients
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English — written and verbal Background in sales, marketing, customer service, or client-facing roles Business-minded with a genuine interest in health and wellness Self-starter who takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged Comfortable working in a holistic or integrative medicine environment Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (part-time hours)
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Jane App or clinic booking software Direct billing or MVA submission experience Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
