Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Play Center Attendant to join our team in KIDZ KINGDOM SOUTHGATE. This role involves supervising children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, and providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong communication skills. As a Play Center Attendant, you will be the face of our facility, creating memorable experiences for families and visitors while maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

Responsibilities
- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Engage with children through interactive activities and facilitate their enjoyment of the play area
- Assist guests with questions, check-in procedures, and provide information about the center’s offerings
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism, including addressing concerns or issues promptly
- Manage cash handling for admissions or sales transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the play area, including sanitizing equipment and organizing supplies
- Support food service operations if applicable, including serving snacks or beverages in a hospitality setting
- Enforce center rules to promote a safe environment for all visitors
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience
Experience
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, but not required; training will be provided
- Strong public speaking and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and children
- Customer service experience is highly desirable to create welcoming guest interactions
- Experience with guest services, cash handling, or food service is a plus in supporting center operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for creating fun and safe experiences for families
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
