We are seeking a friendly and professional Full-Time Cashier with Customer Service experience to join our team at Hello Pharmacy, Tofino!
This position offers an opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Perform Cashier, Customer Service duties, including, but not limited to:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product information and support.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system across multiple departments.
- Assist with inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, stocking, and replenishment of merchandise.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays to ensure the store is well merchandised and visually appealing.
- Support daily store operations by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including tidying shelves, workstations, and customer areas.
- Collaborate with pharmacy and retail team members to create a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, cashiering preferred
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours including weekends if required
