WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partnerships - LATAM who will drive growth across the region by leading strategic retail partnerships, strengthening our Estee Lauder affiliate relationships, and translating DECIEM’s global brand vision into locally relevant commercial strategies that deliver exceptional business results.
This is a hybrid, 3 days in office role, based out of our Toronto office.
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000 to $120,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Support with developing and executing a winning LATAM partnership strategy that drives market share growth and strengthens retail partner performance
- Act as the key LATAM partnerships lead, managing relationships with affiliate teams, select retail partners, and Estée Lauder Companies stakeholders to ensure strong collaboration and alignment

Serve as a brand ambassador, representing DECIEM and The Ordinary with a strong brand-led voice across internal and external conversations, presentations, retailer meetings, and business reviews

Build and execute 360° commercial strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and key business KPIs across the region

Analyze sales performance, retail trends, rankings, and market data to identify opportunities, optimize business performance, and provide actionable recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders

Partner with cross-functional teams including Brand, Communications, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, Education, and Sales to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies and retail programs

Lead monthly business planning processes, including sales forecasting, tracking performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring markets remain on track against goals

Support retailer negotiations, commercial planning, and business discussions by developing strategic recommendations, evaluating opportunities, and ensuring alignment with DECIEM’s objectives

Help build scalable ways of working across LATAM affiliates and expansion markets by establishing processes, reporting, and creating alignment between regional and global teams

Partner with local markets to execute successful product launches, brand activations, and retailer initiatives while ensuring consistency with DECIEM’s brand standards and global strategy
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

7+ years of experience in partnerships, key account management, commercial strategy within beauty, consumer goods, or a related industry

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyze business performance, understand financial drivers, and translate data into strategic recommendations

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders, affiliate teams, and external retail partners

Strategic and adaptable thinker who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while building structure and processes where needed

Experience working across Latin American markets and/or Spanish language proficiency is an asset, with an understanding of regional cultural nuances and market dynamics. Fluency in Spanish is a big plus
