We are looking for a Painter to join our Paris location on the day shift. As a Painter, you will support the preparation, painting, finishing, and clean-up of various parts and surfaces while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with all safety procedures.
This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.
The salary range for this position is $21-$25 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Prepare parts and surfaces for painting, including masking and repairing holes as required

Apply paint and other finishes to a variety of surfaces using low-pressure spray guns

Complete painting preparation and finishing work in an efficient and organized manner

Clean and maintain painting equipment, supplies, and work areas once projects are complete

Follow all health and safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment

Support frequent job changeovers and assist with assembly of materials on workbenches when needed

Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
When your expertise drives us:

1–3 years of experience using spray guns in a painting or finishing role

Experience working with water-based and solvent-based paints

Previous experience in décor, acrylics, signage, or a manufacturing environment is considered an asset

Comfortable using tools and equipment such as machine tools, pneumatic nail guns, and measuring equipment when required

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed work instructions

Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to work
