RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed
· Manage appointments, both in-person and over the phone
· Handle client check-ins and check-outs
· Answer questions about our services, products, and salon policies
· Process payments and maintain accurate records
· Keep the front desk area clean and organized
· Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
· Assist other team members in supporting smooth daily operation
· Other tasks may be assigned
QUALIFICATION:
· Outgoing, friendly, strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Professional appearance and attitude
· Team player with the ability to work independently
· Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset
· Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
