Receiving Coordinator / General Labourer
MC3 Manufacturing Inc. – Leamington, ON – $22–$27/hr
The role
Every piece of material that enters this building passes through your hands first. You’re the one who makes sure it’s right – counted, logged, sorted, and where it needs to be before it ever touches the shop floor. If that doesn’t happen, nothing else does.
We’re looking for someone who takes real ownership of their space. Someone who notices when something’s off and deals with it. Someone who understands that a system only works when the person running it cares – and brings that to work every day.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll check in incoming shipments, enter materials into our system, and make sure everything gets to the right area of the shop. You’ll run the tool crib – tracking what goes out, making sure it comes back, and keeping it stocked. You’ll follow up with vendors on outstanding orders, match materials to jobs, kit parts for production, and track down anything that’s ended up in the wrong place.
You’ll also operate a forklift and handle heavy materials. This is a physical, on-your-feet role.
Day to day
- Check incoming shipments – counts, condition, making sure it matches the order
- Enter materials into our system and flag anything that’s off
- Sort, label, and get materials where they belong
- Operate the forklift and handle heavy loads safely
- Manage the tool crib – sign-outs, returns, restocking, accountability
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding orders and keep Purchasing in the loop
- Match materials to jobs and keep records accurate
- Kit parts and components for production
- Track down materials that have ended up in the wrong spot
- Help in Assembly, Paint, or wherever the shop needs a hand
- Keep your area clean, safe, and in order
What we’re looking for
Someone who takes ownership of their space and their work. Someone who notices when something’s off and deals with it. Someone who understands that doing the same thing well, day after day, is a skill – not a limitation.
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Forklift certified, or willing to get certified – we’ll help with training
- Organized, reliable, and someone who follows through
- Clear communicator who works well with others
Experience in a shop or warehouse is an asset, but it’s not what we’re hiring on. We’ll teach you the job. What we can’t teach is the mindset.

- Overtime is a regular part of this role – 48+ hours per week is common during busy periods and should be expected
