Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Lash Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through eyelash extensions and other aesthetic services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, providing exceptional guest services while utilizing your skills in beauty treatments, retail sales, and client communication. The Lash Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality eyelash extension applications, maintaining sanitation standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients seeking beauty enhancements.
Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Provide additional beauty services such as manicure/pedicure or body waxing as needed
- Assist guests at the front desk with scheduling appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures and recommend suitable products to enhance their look
- Deliver excellent guest services by ensuring a comfortable and professional environment
- Manage guest inquiries efficiently through clear communication skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within the beauty industry
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products
- Experience in front desk operations or guest services is a plus
- Skills in body waxing, nail care, are advantageous but not required
- A professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
