amaïa spa—with boutique locations in Bedford and Tantallon—is looking for an experienced, friendly, detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to ensure every visit feels calm, effortless, and personal.

What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients warmly and help set the tone for a relaxing visit
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and care
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and schedule coordination
- Process payments, retail purchases, and gift certificates with accuracy
- Support daily spa operations—keep common areas tidy, stocked, and serene
- Assist with retail displays and inventory management
- Be a friendly, informed point of contact for questions about our services, products, and team

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service, preferably spa or wellness experience
- Familiarity with booking software is a plus (training provided)

- Availability for daytime, evenings, and weekends as needed
