The Role:

As the Technical Territory Manager, you will become the trusted advisor for customers throughout Manitoba and parts of Saskatchewan, helping industrial clients identify the right engineered solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Working closely with engineering, operations, and supplier partners, you'll manage opportunities from initial customer consultation through quotation, project execution, and ongoing aftermarket support. Every day brings new technical challenges, customer interactions, and opportunities to develop your expertise across a diverse range of industrial applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing and managing an established sales territory through relationship-based business development.
- Consulting with customers to understand operational challenges and recommend engineered solutions.
- Providing technical product selection and application support.
- Managing projects from quotation through delivery while coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams.
- Identifying opportunities for equipment upgrades, replacement programs, and aftermarket services.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Developing a strong understanding of customer operations, emerging technologies, and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
