Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in a welcoming environment dedicated to client satisfaction and beauty enhancement. The Nail Technician will also assist with retail sales and promote additional services such as body waxing to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, extensions, nail art and nail enhancements preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatments clearly
- Ability to maintain strict sanitation standards for safety and hygiene
- Professional appearance with a friendly attitude and attention to detail
