Role Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our front office—ensuring everyone is greeted with a smile and that all Prime’ clients enjoy a pleasant, welcoming experience. You will also play a key role in ensuring our policies, procedures, and behavioral etiquette expectations are maintained.
You must be:
- Polite, professional, pleasant, and driven.
- Knowledgeable about the programs, pricing, and therapy services offered at Prime’ Sport Performance and Therapy.
- Welcoming to clients, aware of their health and fitness goals, and able to support them as part of our integrated team.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and guests in a welcoming, professional manner to build strong relationships rooted in trust and satisfaction.
- Perform ongoing, shift-specific duties related to the daily operations of the front desk, training floor, and locker areas in the performance centre.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including equipment and change rooms.
- Apply and enforce existing policies, procedures, and established behavioral expectations for clients and members.
- Schedule, book, and process payments for appointments, classes, and programs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client or visitor inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Stay knowledgeable about Prime’s programs and services to appropriately answer client questions.
- Assist with daily laundry and cleaning duties.
- Maintain Excel trackers for programs, AR, and client follow ups.
- Update contact mailing lists and track incoming sponsorship requests.
- Assist with monitoring project tasks, deadlines, and compiling feedback data.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and online tools.
- Marketing or communications experience is an asset.
- 1–2 years of inside sales experience is an asset.
- Experience with Jane App is a strong asset.
Hours
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
