We are looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined technician who takes pride in quality work, problem solving, and helping customers keep their equipment running. Must have some experience and capabilities in diagnosis, repair and maintenance of :
- Pressure washers
- Air compressors
- Lubrication systems
- Equipment service & repair
We work with commercial, industrial, agricultural, automotive, and oilfield customers across Central Alberta. We’re building a company that combines strong technical capability with old-school customer service and modern professional branding.
Position Overview
The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, installing, and maintaining equipment both in-shop and at customer locations.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- enjoys hands-on work,

- and wants to grow with a newer but rapidly developing company.
What You’ll Work On
Equipment Types
- Hot & cold pressure washers
- Air compressors
- Lubrication systems
- Hose reels, pumps, grease systems, and related equipment
- Industrial cleaning equipment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Install new equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot customer problems in the field
- Complete service documentation and work orders
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Assist with shop organization and occasional equipment setup/PDI
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Mechanical aptitude is essential
- Experience with:
- - small engines,- pumps,- electric motors,- compressors,- hydraulics,- plumbing,- or industrial equipment is an asset
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Clean and professional attitude
Bonus Points
- Experience with pressure washers or compressors
- Welding/fabrication experience
- Service truck or field-service background
- Agricultural, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance experience

Location
Based in Red Deer, Alberta with some travel to customer sites throughout Central Alberta.
