Position Summary
As a Stonegate Security Guard, you are the first line of defense and the face of our client's safety. We are looking for individuals who possess a "patrol-ready" mindset, exceptional situational awareness, and a commitment to providing elite customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of premises.
- Manage entry points for Residential sites, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter.
- Conduct thorough interior and exterior rounds, identifying potential security risks or safety hazards.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and alarms with a calm and professional manner.
- Generate detailed and accurate incident reports to keep clients informed.
- Utilize communication skills to manage and de-escalate tense situations.
- Operate CCTV systems and onsite security technology where required.
- Provide exceptional "Front Desk" service to residents, staff and the public.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License, First Aid & CPR.
- Minimum 1 year of security experience.
- Must be able to work weekdays and weekends and overnights
- Fluent in English with the ability to write clear, professional reports.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (full shifts).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
