We're looking for a creative and curious Marketing Specialist to help bring Earthscape's story to life. This role sits within our Marketing & Business Development team and plays an important part in how we show up to clients, partners, and communities across North America. You'll own meaningful marketing initiatives from concept through execution, creating content, managing digital channels, supporting campaigns and product launches, and helping ensure our brand is represented with creativity, consistency, and quality.
Our work is highly visual, design-led, and relationship-driven. Success in this role requires someone who is equal parts creative and organized, loves blending words and visuals to tell great stories, and can confidently manage projects and priorities from start to finish.
What You'll Own:
Brand Storytelling & Content
- Create compelling content that brings Earthscape's projects, products, people, and purpose to life across social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Develop and deliver content in multiple formats from initial idea through final delivery, combining strong storytelling with thoughtful visual execution.

Support product launches and key business initiatives through coordinated campaigns, communications, and marketing materials.

Design and create eye-catching ad graphics that align with our brand's playful spirit.
Digital Marketing & Brand Presence
- Grow Earthscape's social media presence, developing and executing content that increases engagement and strengthens our connections with clients, partners, and communities.

Manage and optimize Earthscape's website content, ensuring it is current, accurate, well-organized, and optimized for Search Engine and Answer Engine Optimization (SEO and AEO) as well as Geo-Targeting.

Track marketing performance using data insights to understand what's working and identify opportunities for improvement.
Marketing Operations & Execution
- Own marketing initiatives from concept through completion, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard for quality and follow-through.

Manage Earthscape's digital assets and coordinate photography, videography, and other creative production.

Strengthen marketing workflows, systems, and documentation to improve how work gets done as the team grows.

Explore new tools, technology, and AI to improve creative workflows and marketing effectiveness.

Partner with reps and train colleagues on our marketing platforms and asset use to ensure brand alignment and work efficiency.
Campaigns & Collaboration
- Collaborate across Marketing, Business Development, Design, Product Development, and other teams to develop content and support key initiatives.

Support on- and off-site Marketing and Business Development events and conferences through strong content, communications, and marketing execution.

Independently translate broad direction into high-quality marketing deliverables and campaigns.
Be a team player who is eager to jump in and help out with new initiatives when things evolve and grow.

What we're looking for:
We care about creativity and great ideas, but we're equally interested in your ability to take ownership, make things happen, and deliver great work.
- Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, photography, advertising, a similar field or equivalent real-world experience that shows you know your stuff.

5+ years of experience crafting great content and rocking marketing campaigns with top-tier storytelling skills (both words and visuals)

Comfort using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign.

Experience managing a WordPress website and using Google Suite.

Experience creating and managing social media accounts for a B2B business.

Bringing a proactive, self-starting mindset to problem-solving and anticipating needs before they arise.

Data-driven mindset where you read analytics and know how to use them to level up our content.
