Job Description :Our client is looking for a OCM Specialist to join the team.
Must Have Primary Skills :
Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification.
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
10 years’ experience leading organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology solutions. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, identifying key risks, and development of change management plans
5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching.
2 years’ experience performing organizational change management, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
2 years’ experience performing organizational change management support for implementations of the Altera Sunrise suite of products in a clinical environment.
5 years’ experience leading the development of training materials and curriculum for workflow and process changes in a large, complex environment.
