About Robotics Robotics
Boswin provides hands-on technology education for children and youth through programs in robotics, coding, engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), and problem-solving.
We are looking for capable, enthusiastic, and dependable Robotics & AI Instructors who combine a strong technical background with the ability to connect with and effectively teach young students.
At Boswin, knowing the technology is only part of the job. A great instructor must be able to take a complicated concept and turn it into simple, progressive learning steps that allow students to understand, practise, and eventually solve problems independently.

- Engage and interact positively with students across different age groups.
- Explain technical concepts using clear, age-appropriate language.
- Break complicated concepts and problems into progressive, easy-to-understand steps.
- Guide students through designing, building, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and improving their projects.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, experimentation, and independent problem-solving.
- Adapt your teaching approach to different ages, abilities, and learning styles.
- Maintain an organized, positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
- Prepare equipment and classroom materials before each lesson.
- Manage student behaviour professionally and maintain appropriate classroom expectations.
- Work collaboratively with other instructors and Boswin program staff.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications
The following experience would be considered an asset:
- Previous experience teaching robotics, coding, STEM, engineering, computer science, or AI.

What Makes a Great Boswin Instructor?
We are not simply looking for someone who knows how to program or build a robot.
We are looking for someone who can teach.
A strong Boswin instructor can recognize when a student does not understand something, approach the problem from another direction, break it into smaller steps, and help the student experience the satisfaction of solving it themselves.
You should genuinely enjoy interacting with young people and helping them develop confidence, curiosity, technical skills, and independent thinking.
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time, in-person position.
Classes are primarily scheduled during:
